In particular, it involved the location search, the design, the formal application processes and coordination of the construction process.
\nGenerally, commercial facilities consists of production sites, administration and social areas, loading and shipping bays as well as connection to the necessary infrastructure.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Zukunft GmbH \u2013 Erection of a warehouse and an administration building with exhibition space<\/div>
\n

The two-bayed warehouse with two 20\u00a0tonnes overhead travelling cranes is used for repairwork and storage of large machines.<\/p>\n

General Design, structural design, managing application process for building permit, static calculations, construction drawings, managing tendering process and allocations of contracts, construction supervision.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Holz Dammers Moers \u2013 Addition of storeys and expanison of an administration building incl. overbuilding a truck thoroughfare<\/div>

An administration building had to be extended. The small working area and the static construction of the already existing building were particular challanges.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Kloeckner Stahl- und Metallhandel \u2013 Erection of a warehouse and open-air storage space in Duisburg<\/div>
\n

Extension of the existing by two more warehouses with overhead cranes and open-air storage space. The rail connection was extended also.<\/p>\n

Detailed and approved final design, static calculations, formwork and reinforcement drawings<\/p>\n

The existing production was extended threefold of the already existing volume. This includes the production areas, storage and shipping halls, as well as the office and social areas.<\/p>\n
