Germany\u00a0GmbH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer: Walter Hellmich GmbH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tenant: HSE24<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the Deutsche Post\u00a0Real Estate Germany\u00a0GmbH and their tenant HSE24 the existing logistics centre in Greven &#8211; Reckenfeld was extended in the year of 2013. A two-storey warehouse of 18,700m\u00b2 for commissioning and shipping, a warehouse of 5,600m\u00b2 and a high rack storage of 4,000m\u00b2, 35m height and with 23,000 pallet spaces were added. On the Mezzanine level the office and social rooms were built on 1,100m\u00b2. About 150 new jobs were created here. The plot area is about 37,200m\u00b2, the gross floor area 29,400m\u00b2 and the gross volume 347,000m\u00b2.
